These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ta777b ("ta777b," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), operated under PAGCOR oversight in the Philippines.

All content on the ta777b platform — including but not limited to the ta777b brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ta777b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ta777b platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any ta777b content.

Any unauthorised use of ta777b's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account access and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

ta777b does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by factors outside ta777b's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-mandated maintenance periods.

Nothing in this section limits ta777b's liability for death or personal injury caused by ta777b's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

ta777b is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and ta777b's own standards, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps from the Account Settings panel. These limits take effect immediately when increased in restrictiveness and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when relaxed.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from the player's payment provider;
• Detection of the use of prohibited software or automation tools;
• Upon request from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority; or

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any amounts subject to ongoing investigation, chargeback liability, or forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ta777b arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the following resolution process applies:

2. Second — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved within 5 business days of contacting support, submit a formal written complaint to ta777b's compliance team. ta777b will acknowledge and respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.
3. Third — PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority overseeing ta777b's operations.

The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that requires judicial resolution after the above processes have been exhausted.

ta777b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ta777b will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on ta777b.vip and, where practicable, by sending a notification to registered players' email addresses or via the platform's notification system.

Your continued use of the ta777b platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the most recent version was published. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request from ta777b's compliance team.
